32 Application/ Dissemination 1. Participants will create a Google Form in order to collect data from teacher/staff members to help plan for future professional development activities related to technology. ◦ (They will be provided in-class time to do this.) Email the link to your Google Form to the instructor(s) before the end of class. 2. Participants will consider their responses indicated on the NETS survey regarding technology leadership practices, and choose one standard that they need to improve in order to be a more effective leader. Participants will then write a 250 word reflection on how they will utilize at least one tool/resource presented during the course of this academy. The reflection should indicate ways the identified resource(s) will help them address the standard, how it will be be implemented in their school (district) and what improvement they hope to achieve.

33 What will you do? Learning to Change-Changing to Learn Activity: Complete your assignment. Refer to the Survey you took at the beginning of class, pick at least 2 areas that you either ‘Disagree’ or ‘Strongly Disagree’ and based upon what you learned today, provide your ‘Dissemination Plan.’
