2. 5 Facts about obesity  32 – States in the U.S. have obesity rates of more than 25 percent.  1,440 – The number of minutes in a day. Set aside at least 30 of them each day for physical activity.  $117 billion – The estimated medical cost of obesity in the U.S.  5 to 10% – The amount of excess body weight you need to lose to decrease risk factors for Type 2 diabetes and heart disease.  3,500 – Number of calories you have to burn to lose one pound of fat.  (www.angieslist.com)

3. Obesity  DEFINITION:  Obesity is when something has to much body fat on it. ( Not the same as over weight) (webmd.com)  RISK:  Obesity Causes high risk of gallstones, type 2 dubieties, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and triglycerides, (CAD), a stroke, and sleep apnea, among other conditions. (webmd.com)  WHY?  Obesity can be built by eating unhealthy foods very often and not exercising your body on a normal base.

4. Obesity  Tolerance  Tolerance- Practice of permitting something which a group or person disapproves upon.  Many Americans have learned to tolerate obesity. Maybe its because over half of the country has the issue. I honestly believe that obesity should not be tolerated. It is hard though for society to make this change since the majority is part of the obese group. People in my opinion will soon be able to realize that they must be able to kick the habit for their health and the people around them to be bettered leering not to tolerate obesity.

5. So…  More than half of the nation is at an obesity level. Obesity is dangerous for health of the person and the people around them. As it is the nation is tolerating obesity, but in my opinion it is soon to be stopped by the people waking up to there own since.
