University  This Case Study describes how the University of Glasgow has saved nearly £500,000 in the ten years since beginning a long-term water minimisation campaign.  Cumulative water/effluent savings of over 329,700 m 3 have been achieved through right sizing meters to reduce fixed charges and reducing water use by domestic applications, science departments and building services.
