10 The 4th IFIP AGORA Seminar, Cracow, May 4-6, 2008 10 Human resources - disadvantages demanding, difficult in negotiations; not flexible, not willing to change habits; representing diverse subjects; some fluent in ITC, others novices.

11 The 4th IFIP AGORA Seminar, Cracow, May 4-6, 2008 11 Problems were caused mostly by lack of time (extremely short time in logistic point of view: 3 semesters in less than 10 months)  Organization  Sharing information  Communicating requirements  Discipline

12 The 4th IFIP AGORA Seminar, Cracow, May 4-6, 2008 12 Achievements  good quality courses; emphasis put on use of wide range of ICT tools to produce contemporary, interesting and “professional-like” materials as an obvious proof of success of such idea of postgraduate studies  examples examples

14 The 4th IFIP AGORA Seminar, Cracow, May 4-6, 2008 14 Some remarks Necessary conditions for successful e-learning course (hybrid model):  Qualified staff (having much time and strong will to encourage students for new challanges)  Room and equipment for students (auditory, computer laboratories connected to Internet and with multimedia projectors) Others:  Transparency  Criticism
