5. Public Space: Forde Raadhus kuarter, Norway (Idea) Type: Competition Year:2009 Size: 17,700 m 2 Principle: Town Hall Quarter will be created as a gathering place for citizens, instead of an architectural piece that is admired from afar.

6. Body Culture: Hafjell Mountain Hotel (Idea) Type: Commission Year: 2007 Size: 11000 M2 + 332 Apartments Principle: A hotel and apartment house in the mountains that provides accessibility, circulation and logistics, the same standards as a modern hotel.

7. Media: GMoMA- Gyeonggi Museum of Modern Art (Completed) Type: Exhibition Year:2008 Size: 30 M2 Principle: To reintroduce the public and private outdoor space to the urban fabric of the city.
