13 Committed to “Lifting our Diverse Communities” Theme 2: Promoting programs to alleviate education and health disparities/inequities in underserved and vulnerable communities (addressing issues such as homelessness, substance abuse, mental health, disabilities, chronic diseases, and access to quality education and healthcare).
