Previously - Motors produced according to the requirements of the Ships Classification Societies GL, LR, BV, DNV, ABS, RINA. - no certificate without witnessed test high costs for witnessed tests - high delivery times
Today: - Type Approval according to the international leading Classification Societies GL, LR, BV, DNV Coolant temperature CT 45 °C - Factory test certificate and Type Approval certificate is issued - Witnessed test only necessary for drives for essential service above a defined rated output or at request of the customer - Motors manufactured acc. to the requirements of ABS and RINA continue to be available, no certificate without
witnessed test - short delivery time (KT)

Basic series are deliverable with all options from catalogue M /2003 e.g. - Winding and bearing protection - Anti-condensation heater - Modular technology (separately driven fan, pulse encoder, brake) - Special finish climate group „Worldwide“ - increased coolant temperature e.g. CT 50°C - metal fan - Temperature class F utilized to class B (with derating) - Design for zones 2, 21, 22 in accordance with ATEX - Bearing for increased cantilever forces (K20) and special bearing size 63 for drive end and non-drive end - different types of construction, position of terminal boxes and voltages
