Scenario: A 23 year old male with h/o familial adenomatous polyposis comes presents with anal stricture. He had total proctocolectomy with ileal pouch anal anastomosis. He had anal dilatation with diverting ileostomy for anal stricture. Abdominal exploration with ileal J-pouch excision and end ileostomy was performed.
