2 2  Laredo Petroleum (NYSE: LPI) is an independent energy company headquartered in Tulsa, OK.  Focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of oil and natural gas properties primarily in the Permian Basin. New Central Field Office located just south of St. Lawrence, TX.

3 The LPI Fleet 3  202 total vehicles are in the active LPI fleet. Of those, 72 (~ 36 %) have been outfitted with a bi-fuel CNG system. Selection based on routes.  The most prevalent vehicle in the LPI fleet is the Ford F-250 Super Cab. Those that have been converted, have been outfitted with the Westport WiNG CNG System.  Retrofitting of older trucks took place at the Westport facility in Dallas, with new kits being installed via ship through in Westport’s Louisville, KY plant.

4 Westport WiNG CNG System 4  LPI Fleet Vehicles are equipped with the Westport WiNG Bi-Fuel CNG System, carrying a twenty- three (23) GGE in-bed tank pack.  This setup allows for room to outfit each vehicle with Pack Rat toolboxes and gear.  Fuel economy is very similar to that of unleaded.  Reliable and easily maintained at White Motors in Stanton, TX.

5 CNG Station 5  Partnering with Apache, Laredo has opened a semi-private CNG station just north of Garden City, Texas.  Zeit Energy consulted on the project.  Adjacent to Enlink Plant  Line Pressure: 525 psi  No dryer necessary  ANGI 150 HP Compressor  NG300E  798 scfm  CP Industries storage tubes (36k scf)  Kraus Global Gilbarco Dispenser  RDS POS System

7 Why CNG ? 7  Falls in line with core Company values and mission.  Utilization of a product produced by the industry in which LPI operates.  Cleaner burning fuel to reduce emissions.  Even with the reduced price delta between CNG and unleaded fuel being what it is today, savings can still be realized.  Over 400k fleet miles driven monthly.  TERP Incentive Plan.
