2 What is Supply Chain and Supply Chain Management?
Supply Chain is a network of organizations, people, activities, and resources involved in the flow of material and information from supplier of suppliers to the end user. While Supply Chain Management (SCM) is the strategic coordination and management of the functions, activities, and resources involved in moving the raw material and information from supplier of suppliers to end customers to create a world- wide competitive infrastructure.
