7 Levels of Fundraising $10$10 Commitment Fee $25$25 gets you: –Food bracelet (2 meals) the night of Relay 9 –Up to 9 OFF-CAMPUS community service hours $100$100 –Recommended individual goal

8 On-site Fundraising Every team required to have one Baked goods, candy, glow sticks, jewelry, grilled food, massages… get creative! –Incorporate this year’s theme “Relay around the world” –See website or packet for more ideas Sign up tonight or use the online form Sell all night long!

12 Hope Lodge Donation Hope Lodge is a cost-free, temporary "home away from home" for cancer patients and their caregivers at a time when they need it most. We will be hosting a collection for the Cincinnati, Musekamp Hope Lodge at Relay Our goal is for each participant to donate 1 item on their Wish ListWish List

13 Getting Prepared Make sure team members are registered online –$25 covers $10 commitment fee, 9 service hours, and food bracelet Grill permit: http://www.RelayForLife.org/UCincinnati http://www.RelayForLife.org/UCincinnati

14 Registration at Relay Begins at 4:00 PM –Priority registration for top 25 fundraising teams starts at 3:00 PM (you will be notified the morning of Relay by 8:00am) Campsites: first come first serve after 4:00 –Electricity limited When you register, you will be given packet with food bracelets, service form, event schedule, and t- shirts

15 Community Service Hours Captains are given one sheet at registration –Team members must sign it, and put M#s –Captains enter # of hours fulfilled This form can be turned in at the registration booth starting at 8 AM Saturday morning. –Relay committee submits hours to UC Must have raised $25 individually to get hours Interested in more hours? Email Christine to volunteer for day-of hours: pederscm@mail.uc.edu

16 Relay Around the World! Incorporate the international theme in any way – Team name, on-site fundraiser, costumes, etc. “Passport” included in registration packet Prizes awarded for best team theme, most dedicated participant, individual and team fundraising
