5 1. TRIRIGA can be accessed via the EMPLOYEE audience page from the District’s homepage. 2. To get to the report showing the leases at your school you click on “School Principal Manager” and then click on the MY SCHOOL RENTAL CONTRACTS REPORT tab before entering a date range for the report.

7 3. As of May 14, 2012 schools will enter their work order requests online instead of faxing them to the Facilities Call Center. 4. EMERGENCY work orders should still be called into the Facilities Call Center at 688-7500 (PX 27500) between 7:30am and 3:30pm Monday through Friday and 434-8700 (PX 48700) after normal hours.

9 Register to Ride FAQs Q1. What happens if parents don’t register by May 31 st ? R1. We will continue to accept applications, however late requests may result in DELAYS in assigning a bus stop. Q2. What if a student, such a new student or an incoming pre-k student, does not have a Student ID? R2. The parent will register the child after the child registers for school and obtains a STUDENT ID. Q3. If a parent forgets to apply for transportation will the student be able to take the bus to school? R3. Yes, we will take all students to school who SHOW UP at a bus stop.

10 Register to Ride FAQs Q4. Do ESE students need to complete the form? R4. ESE students with IEPs designating special transportation DO NOT need to complete the form. Q5. If a child is currently taking the bus to school do they still need to complete the form? R5. Yes. Non-ESE, Choice, NCLB, gifted and Opportunity Scholarship students NEED TO complete the form if they want transportation next school year. Q6. If a parent does not have a computer how can they apply for transportation? R6. A list of locations with available computers was provided to all schools. They can also use libraries or call the Transportation Call Center at 242-6565 or PX 56565. Schools may allow parents to use the VIP computer.

12 17. Review the Summer SHUTDOWN Checklist with your staff prior to them leaving for the summer.  Energy rebates will be announced in the fall. 18. Before school ends please make sure you complete 10 fire drills and enter in PeopleSoft. 19. Coordinate summer camp BUS needs with Transportation Services early. 20. Encourage camps to RECYCLE their water bottles, juice boxes, etc. We do not discontinue recycling services over the summer.

School HOURS impact transportation costs. Please help us be efficient and keep the dollars in the classroom. 24. Use your facilities to raise money through LEASING. Visit the Planning & Real Estate Services website for a brochure & video. 25. Naming of Facilities – Policy 7.03 requires the District to track the naming of facilities.
