7. The Psalmist would remind us “Blessed are they that keep His commandments and that seek Him with the whole heart” Elijah denounced Ahab Because of what he had Forsaken Because of what he had Followed. v 18 “And thou hast followed Baalim” Other Gods

I King 18:19-20 Now therefore send, and gather to me all Israel unto mount Carmel, and the prophets of Baal four hundred and fifty, and the prophets of the groves four hundred, which eat at Jezebel's table. 20So Ahab sent unto all the children of Israel, and gathered the prophets together unto mount Carmel.

9. Rev 2:4 Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love. 5 Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place—unless you repent.
