8 Consultant Roles  Reports to the Implementation Team Leader and to the Rollout Project Lead during SAP roll out project  Drives the implementation of template processes in the local rollout project or in template changes  Is responsible for the finalization of allocated work packages in time and budge  Is responsible for the coordination between implementation team and local resources in his / her area

9 Consultant Roles  Reports upcoming risks, gaps or problems to Implementation Team Leader/ Project Lead and develops possible solutions  Supports testing of implemented processes  Documents regularly the project progress in coordination with Implementation Team Leader  Supports SAP users post golive
