19. What’s The Answer? Acts chapter 8, the eunuch and Phillip. “Then Phillip opened his mouth.” Phillip was talking before this statement.8:30. Then he began to speak in length preaching Christ. Same with Peter and Cornelius. Acts 10:25-29.
