4 SAPC - Mission The South Asian Pharmaceutical Council mission is to harness the energy of the South Asians in the Pharmaceutical industry, in order to:  Foster a sense of “community” among “South Asians” in the Pharma Industry  Provide a forum for “mentoring” junior members who are in /aspiring to join the Pharma Industry  Support initiatives aimed at improving healthcare education and access to healthcare in South Asia  Sponsor meetings and conferences that advance learning in the area of Pharmaceutical Marketing and Sciences  Advance the leadership, networking and professional development of South Asians in Pharma industry  Promote and highlight achievement of South Asians in Pharma.

28 Brian Markison Brian A. Markison, became Chairman of the Board at King Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in May 2007 and has served as a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer since July 2004. He began his career at King as Chief Operating Officer of the company in March 2004. Brian A.
