INTRODUCTION CAUSES CONSEQUENCES SOLUTIONS
Golbal warming refers to the increase in the average temperature of the Earth. The increase resulting from an increase in the amount of carbon dioxide, methane and other gases.
These gases are produced by human industry.
Global temperatures on both land and sea have increased by 0,75ºC. Sea temperatures increase more slowly because the ocean can lose heat by evaporation.
Causes Volcanic eruptions Greenhouse effect Variations in Earth´s orbit around the sun
Consequences The rising of sea levels Melting of glaciers Forest fires Decrease of botanic species
Solutions To avoid the use of hot water To buy recicled paper products Using less electrical machines or cars Planting trees
