22 GOOD PRACTISES Identification of 7 problematic stations and channelling resources to these 7 stations resulted in a reduction of crime for the Province Deployment a senior officers after hours at Clusters to oversee the service delivery at stations (Rank of Colonel, Brigadier or Major General at bigger Clusters and minimum of a Captain at smaller Clusters, eg. Balfour and Belfast) Establishment of TRIO-crime Task Teams in problematic Clusters (Tonga, Acornhoek, Pienaar, Witbank and Nelspruit) Bi-weekly visits to Clusters that are not doing well to physically meet with that Station Management 2222
