8 Responsibilities Injured Worker Determine liability Claims Management Ensure Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act (WRACA) Compliance Provides facilitation role Represents employing Agency Liaises between Agency and TIO to coordinate compensation processes Ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements Complies with workers compensation and employment legislation Participates within workers compensation processes i.e. return to work program (RTWP) Provides suitable duties Manages worker under Public Sector Employment and Management Act (PSEMA) Comply with workers compensation legislation Employer/Agency Territory Insurance Office (TIO)Workplace Injury Solutions (WIS)
