2 Plan of Action The results from today’s tasks come tomorrow: days Today’s cheque is the result of things we have or haven’t done yesterday It doesn’t matter the tool, business method (DMO), the system – the important thing is to have consistency and persistency Plan of action

Choose your tools To define the numbers to achieve results e.g. 10 leads to 1 sale, 10 Distributors to 1 Supervisor - 10 leads about the product and 10 leads about the business opportunity Plan your activities – daily, weekly, monthly Metas - O que quer atingir? Como pensa em conseguir? O que precisa para conseguir? Quanto de $ é necessário para realizar seus sonhos ?

4 The important thing is to start now!
Plan of Action Establish your priorities according to your targets. Be Proactive: Make your decisions, start your life projects and improve you skills along the way and above all – MAKE IT HAPPEN! Every night, make the list of activities for the next day; Every morning, revise your list of activities for the day; The activities not accomplished will figure on the activities list for the next day; When daily planning becomes a habit, start planning for the week. When weekly planning becomes a habit, start planning for the month, 90 days period…the next year…the next 3 years, 5, 10 years of your life. The important thing is to start now!

5 Plan of Action Time is very precious! Prioritize your options
Identify the problems and solve them Don’t postpone things or give excuses Put in practice the good intentions Say “No” when necessary Make an evaluation of your productivity (avoid “auto mistaken”) Establish precise targets to your life Live the present! Take the opportunities given to you Improve your communication skills Answer to messages left in your inbox = attention to people! Remember: the MOMENT IS NOW!
