Easy login and access control Access via: http://note.mediaxplore.dk/2eMAP/ (best suited browsers are Explorer and Google Crome – 100% zoom level) Push > Login as Project manager or User Copyright © 2012 2Exceed The Project Manager (PM) owns the project, invites workshop participants, and control the mapping process. Participant can only access those projects that they are assigned to 1 23

The PM chooses and defines projects within the ‘projects’ screen 1b Select a project by marking the activate box and press, ´Edit´, and then press ‘Update’ - now you are ready to utilise the menu bar in top of your screen. 8. Process for working with posts in the overview Copyright © 2012 2Exceed All users can add, edit or delete posts in ‘unconfirmed posts’ during the workshop double clicking and choose copy, edit or delete within 5 sec Only the PM can drag-and-drop into the overview area - Note! The new post will be placed next to the last placed post – on the lowest horisontal placed post and from here drag it to right position by default it is placed in the underlying grid next to the most recently placed post Replace one post with another – place it on top All users can open a post to see details by a double click (doesn’t affect other users) – and more posts can be edited by PM at the same time in same view – drag them around by left upper corner Only the PM can relocate posts in the overview screen (posts are being attached to an underlying grid) Drag in more posts at the same time– mark them by Crl left click All screens are updated every 5 sec. and manually by pressing the F5 bottom ! 1 2 3 4

9. Making a post Make a post by pressing ‘new’ in the cockpit screen Define the name of the post (task) which will be the headline of the post within the overview screen Other fields are optional and support your way of mapping ‘Description’ is a free text area; we encourage to include time of start and completion All fields below ‘description’ are measures that are computed across the project (except for ‘initials’) ‘Initials’ names the person or function responsible for the task Volume (e.g. number of failure etc.) Push ”insert post” to upload data and place it in unconfirmed posts Copyright © 2012 2Exceed

10. Editing a post Adjust the post in edit screen similar to making a new post Double click a post within ‘unconfirmed posts’ or ‘overview’ 1 2 3 4 Subsequently choosing ‘edit’ within 5 sec. 11. Measurements – by choice Calculating the measures of each post across the activated project Copyright © 2012 2Exceed Press ‘measure’ in the cockpit screen to enter the module Choose the string (row or column)/color, you want to measure Press ‘show’ to calculate and present E.g. show current and future state total operation time depending on the PM’s choice when defining the posts 1 2 3 See underlying calculations next slide

Underlying Calculations Total flow time = Sum of all (flow time) Total operation time = Sum of all (operation time) Yield operation time = Sum of all (operation times) - Sum of all (operation time * Operation waste percentage) Waste operation time = Sum of all (operation time * Operation waste percentage) Yield cost = Sum of all (Cost) - Sum of all (Cost * Cost waste percentage) Waste cost = Sum of all (Cost * Cost waste percentage) Total volume = Sum of all volume

13. Expand view to Full screen by pressing icon and press F11 to have a total screen view. Press F11 again, left arrow in browser, if you want to go back to normal overview.
