Renewal criteria is to maintain a valid CCNA certification and teach a minimum of one instructor class per year (regardless of number of students in that class), and a minimum of three instructors in total per year, which can be spread across multiple classes. I saw a lot of terrified CCIE’s in the SDN breakout sessions. Python appears to be the preferred language of choice. Java is also being used, but not as popular.
