19 19 Non-Union Associations Associated Builders & Contractors (So Cal chapter) ABC So-Cal only offers fully accredited, state approved apprenticeship training programs in Electricians & Plumbers Associated General Contractors (Riverside Office) AGC accepts apprenticeship applications for Carpenters, Cement Masons, Drywall lathers, Drywall finishers, Heavy equipment operators, Painters, and Laborers. California Building Industries Association Offers educational programs and certifications to member employers. Interested/willing to partner with CCCs to provide Contract Ed courses using NAHB’s curriculum.
