4. What we Expect of Students

5. Results Students will need to get at least 5+ GCSE’s at Grade C or above to secure a place. Students must have English or Maths (hopefully both) Students must meet the criteria to be accepted on each subject you are choosing.

6. What we Expect of Students Punctuality and Attendance Students must attend each day and be present for Registration at 0825hrs. Students must attend all lessons and not take unauthorised time off during term time. Students must attend timetabled study sessions which will be supervised in the Study Room – more furniture this year. Students can leave after their last lesson of the day, and are free to use the canteen and common room during non- contact periods if up-to-date with study.

18. Results Day We’ll be here from the moment students open their envelopes We can offer help and advice on results day if students wish to receive it. No decisions will be made on the results day! Seeing us on results day is entirely optional!

19. Signing-on Day Tuesday 8 th September 0930hrs – Bring proof of grades Meet for a briefing in the Dining Room. Students will be given a signing-on sheet and a personal data sheet. Fill-in proposed subject choices and personal information, and then proceed to the Hall to sign-on. NOT ‘First Come, First Served’ Hand the forms to the admin staff at the Hall door on way out. Senior staff available to help if needed.

20. First Day of Term Wednesday 9 th September Tutor lists will be displayed in the window of the SEN Office by Reception. Proceed to your Tutor Room at the first bell (0825). Diaries, timetables and other important information will be shared at this time. Lessons start Period 2.
