14 SAF – Afghanistan Report of Activities 2014 SAF Scholarships: SAF Afghanistan has received Madanjeet Singh batch of scholarships in 2014 that as per our rule and procedures we have conducted English proficiency and expertise test in order to introduce the qualified candidates to the scholarship. UMIKS M.A Program 2014 – 2016 Received invitation to nominate for the M.A Kashmir Studies program at UMIKS scholarships for academic year 2014- 2016. Ms. Mona Hussaini was introduced and successfully joined UMIKS. UMISARC, M.A Program 2014-2016 Mr. Sayed Mobashir Khalili and Mr. Taqi were introduced as our qualified candidate. They have successfully joined their classes. ACJ, Postgraduate Diploma 2014-2015 As per request from ACJ, SAF Afghanistan coordinated with Kabul University, different institutes of higher education, and some News agencies and posted the advertisement through different sources, and fortunately after formal selection procedures and English Proficiency test we nominated Mr. Farhad Noori to ACJ. After the receipt of formal invitation letter from ACJ, we got his Indian Visa and round e-tickets to Chennai and finally he got their classes timely.

15 UMSGET, M.TECH 2014 – 2016 Received invitation to nominate for the Green Energy Technology program of UMSGET scholarships for academic year 2014 – 2016. We Introduced Ms. Najiba Atayee as our candidate. She was our first female student who joined Pondicherry University. Moratuwa University, Sri Lanka 2014-2016 We received invitation to nominate candidates for Water Management program of Moratuwa University. We introduced Bilal Ahmad after that he successfully passed the English test by SAF- Afghanistan and Skype Interview by the aforesaid university. He joined the university early this November.
