10 Finding the leaders Think about how your school can select students with the best leadership skills but also encourage others to gain skills. Develop projects that will appeal to and benefit a wide range of students. Encourage any existing student leaders to train and be a good role model to others. Think carefully about how you select your students to be leaders.
