WHAT THE PROPOSE OF The purpose of the KITE project is to provide a knowledge repository or a gathering place for information about technology integration experiences. The KITE project worked with a group of seven partner universities to visit schools, interview teachers about their technology integration experiences and organize those stories into cases for use in the KITE Case Library. The cases are intended to be used by teacher educators, in-service and pre-service teachers to support them as they learn more about how to use technology in learning situations..

HOW SO YOU MAKE A TETRAHEDRON KITE : Take 3 straws and feed the string through all of them. Be careful not to bend the straws in any part of this process. This greatly weakens the straws and the kite may collapse in a strong wind. Step 2: Tie the ends of the string in a tight not. This should form a t Feed a straw over that piece of thread. Step 8: Tie that string to the opposite end of the diamond to form a tetrahedron. (Make sure the joints are tight and leave the excess string for later!)triangle. Be sure to make the joints tight and leave extra string at the end for later.

What I’d wont to learn I wont to learn why kite need wind to flight. Why do a kite need string.

Different types of kites Trick kites have been around for a long time now, although they have changed and improved over the years. So what actually is a 'trick'? Tricks tend to be done in one spot, in the air or close to the ground as part of a landing or take-off maneuver. Sometimes they are referred to as 'slack-line tricks'. Now there's a real clue! By throwing both hands forward, the kite can be 'stalled' so it hovers and floats down on its face. Or it can even be flipped over onto its back, where it can hover while there is no tension in the lines. A tug on one line will then send it spinning around on the spot. Beginners find these kites uhhm trickier to fly, compared to just about any other type of kite. On your first attempts to fly one, be prepared for a few unplanned landings! Some harder than others. Hence, it would pay not to start on the most expensive model available. Most 'tricks' can be performed on any good Delta stunt kite, but of course a special trickable kite is best. A skilled flier can do a lot of fancy tricks based on a basic set of moves. These fliers are sometimes referred to as pilots! Trick fliers also combine landings and take-offs with fancy moves, and refer to this as 'groundwork'. Neatly landing a kite on one wingtip after a low-level trick is an example of this.

Basic of flight Kite flying really isn't a complicated undertaking, but still many people will tell you they've just never had any "luck" with kites. While luck may play a small role, at least as far as Mother Nature's cooperation, with the right kite and a basic understanding of what to do and when to fly, practically anyone can find success on the kite field! Really, all you've got to do is get out there and do it!
