New features in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 allow you to:

4. Setting Up an Employee as a Vendor
The employee record is set up by the Human Resources administrator.
The employee goes on a business trip and submits an expense report.
The Accounts Payable team accesses the employee record and adds a new relationship of type “vendor” to the record.
The employee appears in both the Vendor list and the Employee list.
