11 a) Services Based on the Agreement on Dual Citizenship between Spain and the Dominican Republic 66.91% of the citizens included in the sample have requested services relating to application for Spanish citizenship. The services requested include the following: Certificate of Lack of a Criminal Record Certificate of Consular Registriation Services Requested at the Consular Offices within the Framework of the Agreement on Migration Flows between the Dominican Republic and Spain

12 b) Passport Renewal Services 13.04% of the citizens included in the sample have requested services associated to passport renewal. The requested services include the following: New passport booklet Temporary passport or “Carta de Ruta” Sworn declaration of loss of passport Passport extension Concordance Certificate Certificate to correct the letter “Ñ” in first and last name c) Services to Authorize Under-age Dominican Citizens to Leave the Country 11.11% of the citizens included in the sample have requested services relating to authorization for under-age Dominican citizens to leave the country. 15 f) Various Notary Services 5.07% of the citizens included in the sample have requested various notary services, including the following: Notary Power for Bank Procedures Notary Power for Sales Notary Power for Acquisitions with Financing Notary Power of Representation Notary Power for Divorce with Mutual Agreement Notary Power for Divorce due to Incompatibility Notary Power for Mortgage g) Services Relating to Requests for Financial Support to the Spanish Government 5.07% of the citizens included in the sample have requested services to apply for financial support from the Spanish Government.

16 h) Notary Services to Reunite with Under-Age Children 5.31% of the citizens included in the sample have requested services associated to reuniting with their children. The requested services include the following: Notary Power for the Act of Accepting Custody of an Under-Age Person Notary Power for Custody (reunification) Notary Power: Is Not Against Reunification Notary Power: Grants Custody (reunification) Notary Power for Visas (reunification) i) Notary Services to Request Documents for Under-age Children 4.59% of the citizens included in the sample have requested services associated to requesting documents for their children prior to reunification. 17 j) Services Relating to Insurance Affiliation for the Repatriation of Deceased Persons 2.90% of the citizens included in the sample have requested services associated to insurance affiliation for the repatriation of deceased persons, available at the Consulate in Madrid.
