3 MISSION STATEMENT The mission of Next Level Sports is to enhance athletes performance through hard work and intense training using nothing but the best equipment. Focusing on speed, strength, agility, power, and technique. We will not only be preparing them physically but mentally as well getting them in the right mind set for their desired sport.

4 WHY DO WE TRAIN? Nutrition is the foundation. You cannot out train poor eating habits. Quality of movement beats quantity of movement every time. Recovery is more important than you think. You will be held accountable to the goals that are set. Mental toughness & perseverance can be taught. Competition is healthy and necessary to bring out your best. Your training here is preparation for life, adventure and sports.

5 WHO WE TRAIN Groups  D1: College Students  D2: Ages 15-18  D3: Ages 10-14  D4: Ages 5-10 Any and all athletes.

6 AREAS WE FOCUS ON GO HARD OR GO HOME SPEED – Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics, Footwork EXPLOSIVE POWER – Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics, Medicine Ball, Jumping & Landing Techniques STRENGTH - Focus on Upper Body, Lower Body & Core CONDITIONING – Game Ready Preparation for all Athletes. TRAIN HARD FLEXIBILITY – Myofascial Release (Foam Rolling), Various Forms of Stretching, INJURY REDUCTION – Identify & Correct Muscular Imbalances, Balance & Stabilization NUTRITION EDUCATION – Lessons, Tips and Advice

7 ABOUT OUR STAFF TREAT EMPLOYEES LIKE PARTNERS, AND THEY ACT LIKE PARTNERS. We only hire the most qualified and experienced strength and conditioning coaches to train our athletes. They care about our athletes it is more than just a job to them. Everyday they come to work ready to get someone better that is their goal.

9 NUTRITION Nutrition is very important we set our athletes up with a great nutritional plan based on what their goals are. If they want to gain weight we give them the tools necessary to do that telling them what they should eat. If they are looking to lose weight we handle that to. We have highly qualified nutritionists available for our athletes.

17 TYPES OF EXERCISES WE TEACH we teach power lifting exercises such as snatches and deadlifts and a lot of core exercises as well such as bench press and squats.

18 SPORTSMANSHIP We teach our athletes the importance of sportsmanship and being a good and respectful player on and off the field. We also teach them the importance of education and having a good public image.
