2. Theme The effects of workspace on individuals and groups are still relatively underexplored by organizational scholars. This symposium adopts a multi-disciplinary approach, bringing together international experts from the fields of Architecture, Environmental Psychology and Organizational Behavior. Academic and practitioner insights are combined, bridging the gap between theory and practical applications.

3. Objectives Highlight the importance of the design of the physical work environment and to draw out some of the key organizational issues that it can impact upon.
