The Engineering Manufacturing Committee (EMC) is an Interest Group within the Association of Cost Engineers, supporting and promoting the Cost Engineering function to all sectors of manufacturing industry, including those involved with: –Design & Development –Quotations or Bid Analysis –Project Management –Manufacture &/or Supply of repeat engineered products –Cost Reduction Programs
