Teachers will allow students to record estimation of fish in the bowl! Teachers will be on the look out for students with “EGG”cellent behavior. Teachers be ready to dress –up as your favorite Dr. Seuss character. Teachers will enjoy watching “Horton Hears a Who.” Students will be ready to share “the place they would like to go,” in the library and also receive a treat to begin their journey in the “write” direction. Students will estimate how many fish are in the bowl. A winner in each grade! A bookmark to “mark their place” in their journey. Students be on the look out for teachers and staff, who are looking for “EGG”cellent behavior. Students be ready to dress-up as your favorite Dr. Seuss character and celebrate Dr. Seuss’ Birthday at the AR Celebration. Winners of Door Decorating Contest. 5 Day 1: “Oh, The Places You’ll Go” Today is the day to start making a plan! Ask yourself these questions… 1.Where do you want to be in ten years? 2.Where would you like to go to college? 3.What do you want to be when you grow up? 4.And don’t forget to ask your teacher, why she/he decided to be a teacher and where she/he went to college. 6 Day 2: “One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish ” Get you MIND on your MATH! Make sure to get a good look at the bowl full of fish in the lunchroom. When you return to the room, write your estimation down on the sheet provided to your teacher. Return sheet to the Media Center by 1:30! A winner in each grade!
