3 Why I chose MMA… I have been an avid MMA fan my whole life. As I grew older, so did the sport. It has snowballed into the spectacle it is today. If I couldn’t be a fighter, I still wanted to leave my imprint on the sport. Opportunity for a Business venture….!

8 Business Planning This initiative’s purpose is to market our products to MMA enthusiasts of either gender, and of any age. Our marketing has no barriers. MMA is practiced and televised all over the world. Globally marketed in… China, Japan, Unites States, and Brazil.

Majority of our advertisement will be done through our website and at MMA sporting events across the nation. Banners, signs, posters, apparel, and gear will be at all major MMA sporting events.

20 Fulfillment From the customer’s standpoint the order fulfillment phase is the most important activity of all. We are all about meeting our customer’s need, and pride ourselves in ensuring the shipment of all our products in a time efficient and cost effective manner.

27 SWOT Weaknesses – Our biggest weakness is the fact that we are entering a market that has already been around for a long while. The competing brands have already established their presence and have a deep fan-base.

28 SWOT Opportunities – My concept is ideal for today’s thriving fan base of the MMA. There are many brands out there; but none that can captivate the scene as well as we can!

29 SWOT Threats – Our biggest threat is if our competition will still come out on top. Fear of not being able to deliver with everything promised. Failure is not an option!!!
