2 Campus Profile 432 buildings (186 maintained by Facilities) 13.4 million Gross Square Feet (6.4 million maintained by Facilities) 1,546 acres (618 acres maintained by Facilities) 36% of campus space has a renovation age of over 25 years The technical complexity of our campus rates 3.38 out of 5.00

3 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results Fact - Custodial Staff maintain 33,258 GSF per FTE. Fact - Grounds staff maintain 10.0 acres per FTE. Fact - Maintenance staff maintain 66,185 GSF per FTE. Results - Customer Service Satisfaction Index Score 72% in 2014 vs. 67% in 2006. “Feedback” has improved since 2006, but continues to be our biggest challenge

4 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results In response to “My General Satisfaction with Facilities” 82% of survey respondents said our Customer Service met or exceeded their expectations compared with 90% in FY2013.
