2. CORAL FARM “ The horses give you wings”

3. LOCATION Our farmhouse is situated in a small and traditional village near Bucharest and it has 35 acres. It is located in the East of Bucharest in a valley, next to a forest.

4. ACCOMODATION The customers can relax in a traditional house where an old style and a new one are in a perfect harmony. We offer to our clients 5 rooms with 2 beds and own bathroom.

5. Here the clients have the possibility to take a walk in our garden and admire the landscape(flowers,tree s,horses...) The garden is decorated with traditional furniture as:-chairs -tables -a swing -a hamack

6. RESTAURANT In the restaurant we serve traditional food and drinks as: -sarmale -bors -tochitura -coltunasi -vin -palinca

7. OUTHOUSES A big stable where every horse has his own area. A big barn with food for horses A storeroom where we keep the equipment

8. LAND AND HORSES We have 8 horses which we use for the adults and 2 ponies for the children. Our farm dispose by 15 acres for ridding and for walking too

10. PROFIT Accomodation The price for a room per night:50 € 5 rooms*50E*365 days=91.250€ Overheads:30%-27.375 € Profit: 91.250-27.375=63.875 € The occupancy is seasonal :from April to October the season is opened,so the profit isn’t the same.

11. Equitation The price to rent a horse for an hour: -for adults:15€ -for children:10€ Program of ridding: -9:00-13:00 -16:00-19:00

12. SWOT Because we are near Bucharest,we have a lot of clients who come here to relax. The farm has accomodation. We offer services for the children. We manage ourselves our business,so we don’t have costs for the employes. We offer traditional food and drinks.

13. SWOT The way to get to the farm is difficult because we are in a rural area in developement. We have few horses. There are a lot of rats in the area. It is hard to take care of horses. The business is seasonal.

14. SWOT The farm is inherited. The clients are attracted by the landscape. We have good advertisement through a website and brochures. The number of our horses is increasing and we can sell them or use them in our farm. We have a car park,so the custumers can come with their own car.

15. SWOT There is another farm near ours. We are new and we don’t have experience The horses are sensitive and they could get ill
