2 A new challenger with a long history
Agility is not simply a new player in the logistics industry. We are a new TYPE of logistics leader – as you will see from this presentation. Although our name is relatively new in the marketplace, we have a long history in the business.

3 A Top 10 Logistics Leader*
Enterprising spirit merged with deep experience 1997 to 2004 2004 to 2009 1979 2006 Today Acquisition of over highly respected logistics brands builds global network, expertise, and local knowledge. Some brands in business for over 100 years. A Top 10 Logistics Leader* Only industry leader with roots in an emerging market Established in Kuwait Unified under a single brand Publically listed in Kuwait and Dubai. Grew to be largest logistics provider in the Middle East. Agility has grown organically – from roots in the Middle East – and through mergers with companies that have been in the business 100 years. Our growth trajectory took us from a local warehousing company in Kuwait to the largest logistics and transportation company in the Middle East. Through a series of mergers with companies -- some that have been in business 100 years – we acquired deep knowledge of local markets and built a global network. In 2006, we joined all of our companies under the single, unifying brand of “Agility” which describes how we conduct our business. Today, Agility ranks among the top 10 industry leaders. * Source: Armstrong and Associates, 2009
