But at the same time yes Western culture may be a threat as Western Music and so on invades the Caribbean through the mass media and this is sometimes seen as the "better" culture to follow and many Caribbean adopt this and as such they neglect their own culture thus destroying the true identity of culture. However we can implement activities within the communities and show people and explain to them how we access out culture in music and they will come to appreciating it
