5 Roger Limb - Pianist, Musical Director and Producer (Producer of the ‘Black Coffee album) is a man of many talents. Played piano from age of 4, gigging on bass from the age of 15 in mainly jazz based groups one of which had Brian Jones (Rolling Stones) on Saxophone! Working with Roger for the last 20+ years has been a jazz singers dream come true. He has shared so much knowledge with me, and taught me so much, I will be forever in his debt. I love working with him and always will. From the day Roger and I started working together it has been a partnership that was set for the long haul. I am just delighted to be on any stage with him anywhere anytime. Looking forward to another 20 years!! Aydenne celebrated performing with Roger Limb for 21 years in 2014. This is a beautiful musical partnership spanning so many years and consistently growing and developing along the way. © A Simone 2015

7 Imre A rising star on the London Jazz scene pianist and composer Imre Varga has honed his craft in jazz and fusion. Discovering at an early age an ability to play by ear. He learnt piano, guitar and drums through his teens. Studying  BA(Mus) in Music Theory, Piano and Choir for Contemporary Music at the University of Pecs in his native Hungary where he graduated in 2006. Read more on www.imrevargajazz.comwww.imrevargajazz.com In 2014 Aydenne teamed up with Hungarian pianist Imre Varga. Aydenne says “Working with Imre is an absolute delight, his playing is very very special, and, he adapts from one genre to another effortlessly, I adore him”. From the very first rehearsal Aydenne fell in love with his playing and knew that as a duo they really had something very special. They have performed at numerous gigs all over the south east playing jazz, soul, Motown and blues, and they continue to be busy. Imre is now also a fully paid up member of The Jazz Culture Band making them a nice jazz/soul 7 piece band; Tenor sax, piano (jazz), piano (Soul/Motown), bass, guitar, drums and of course Aydenne on lead vocals.. This gives them a whole new soul and Motown repertoire to really turn up the heat! Imre has passion, humility, talent and what jazz really demands…a fearless approach to ‘taking a song somewhere’, and he was not only able to do that, but also create a ‘beautiful moment’ in a song, and savour it’s presence’. A rare and joyous ability. © Copyright Photography - Atilla Kranyik © A Simone 2015

8 Clinton Think Martin Taylor, George Benson, yes we’re serious, that is the quality of playing you can expect from him. Simply an absorbing, outstanding, and passionate talented guitarist. Clinton started playing guitar when he was just 14. Clinton has played with Lyndon David Hall, Hot Chocolate, Sweet Sensation and now the Jazz Culture Band. Clinton has been with the Jazz Culture band close to 10 years now, and we are proud, proud to have his standard around us. His contribution to the sound of the Jazz Culture Band is evident throughout. Roger worked his way up through the jazz world and eventually played with Chris Barber 's Jazz and Blues Band. Worked a lot as a solo pianist, interval spots etc. then started deputising for band pianists. Now does 50/50 bass and piano. After a spell as a news reader, (many times dashing off the stage at the 100 Club at 1140 PM to get to the studio in time to read the midnight news on the World Service) he became a composer at the BBC Radiophonic Workshop. Here he wrote more than 100 title tracks, at least 200 songs for kids programmes, soundtracks for wildlife programmes and scores of scores for such shows as Dr. Who. Aydenne is very proud of the fact that Roger is the producer of the 'Black Coffee' album, she says "Roger comes with pretty loaded credentials, and I am truly blessed to have had so many wonderful years working with the great Roger Limb. © A Simone 2015
