3. Business Rules The portal will provide e-Service to an attorney of record in a case beginning with the first document electronically filed by that attorney through the portal to that case. An attorney may specify up to three eMail addresses per case which may be different than their profile eMail addresses. The e-Service list will be maintained by the Portal. The Clerk and the Judiciary will have access to the e- Service case list through a Web Service. 6/11/2013
