3 AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES 1)Keep license current 2)Learn REA system 3)Follow REA rules and regulations 4)Pay for any licensing requirements 5)Pay and maintain; for required continuing education 1)Place Agent with REA referral program 2)Pay Agent in accordance to referral program 3)Service referral brought in by Agent 4)Provide any and all services desired by customer of Agent 5)Issue compensation to Agent upon the conclusion of the transaction

4 AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES 1)Keep license current 2)Show up to work for leads 3)Learn REA system 4)Follow REA rules and regulations 5)Perform and follow up on all leads provided 6)Maintain association with local Board of Realtors 7)Maintain membership with local MLS system 8)Have own cell phone 9)Have appropriate transportation and insurance 10)Always provide GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 1)Provide leads to Agent 2)Agent has priority for leads 3)Provide FREE continuing education 4)Provide notebook computer for Agent 5)Provide appropriate software 6)Provide software training 7)Provide wireless internet connection 8)Provide system training 9)Pay for agent E &O insurance 10)Offer Agent “payroll option” 11)Offer Agent desk area to work 12)Offer company email account 13)Provide guidance for success
