3 4-3 When Must Fluid Milk Be Offered?  Regulations for most CNP require that fluid milk must be offered at each breakfast, lunch, or supper.  Fluid milk is not required to be served with the adult supper in the CACFP.  Fluid milk is one of the options for a snack in the CACFP, the Summer Food Service Program, and the afterschool snack service in the NSLP.

4 4-4 How Must Milk Be Offered? In a lunch or a supper the fluid milk must be served as a beverage.

5 4-5 How Must Milk Be Offered? For breakfast or a snack fluid milk may be served as a beverage, on cereal, or both.
