13 Security on the WWW Trip Standard precautions are exercised at all times. Curfew circa 10:00 p.m. every evening Rules are designed to protect your children Buses and Hotel Accommodations are safe.

15 Costs and Sign Up Dates Estimated price in USD: $2,935 to $3,969 (Consider in- pocket money: $500-$600 USD for lunch. 17 Although the final due date for the first payment is Sep 29, the period between the 23 rd and the 29 th is “first come, first serve”. If they are the 41 st payment or later, they will be put on a waiting list in the order in which they paid. No payments at banks will be accepted for WWW trips All down payments are non-refundable. Transfers are possible if airline tickets haven’t been purchased yet and the job of finding a student to “buy” the transferred ticket rests in the student/family, not Jocelin, nor ASFG.

19 If sign-ups surpass the limit, we will consider the remote possibility of expanding the trip or creating another independent trip with the same itinerary. However, there is absolutely no guarantee that we will be able to do either of these. After the trip is full or the deadline has passed, the official waiting list is maintained by Jocelin Diaz. Please contact her directly if a student is interested in placing their name on the waiting list.
