4 Child Essentials A minimum gift of $15 a month is all it takes to become a Child Essentials supporter. Three times a year you will receive the Child Essentials IMPACT newsletter. providing you with updates on how your donations are improving the lives of vulnerable children around the world.

5 Our Goals CCFC's Child Essentials program brings the basic necessities of life. like access to:  nutritious food,  clean water,  sanitation facilities  and healthcare – to children caught in extreme poverty

6 Education for orphaned and needy children in Machakos  The project is organized together with Suvia Children's Home since 2009.  The Home was started in 2006 to help orphans and vulnerable children in Machakos and Mbooni districts whose parents were affected by HIV/AIDS and poverty.  The home currently houses girls only but also helps boys in terms of providing education.

7 shoes for needy children in Africa  York students collect shoes for needy children in Africa and the U.S.  A gift as simple as shoes can make a huge difference in the lives of children in impoverished regions,,  kids in Africa walk 5 miles in the desert to school. They get infections, they get bitten."
