4. |4|4 Project teams include many participants from multiple companies from any part of the world with varying project delivery methods and contractual relationships Each project has a unique and transient supply chain that comes together quickly, exists for a few years and the dissolves at the conclusion of the project. Impossible to implement a single “system ” for the all the functions of the entire supply chain. Identifying, communicating and measuring the impact of change, which is at the heart of all projects, is problematic. Reusing designs and design projects from past projects is difficult.
