I had to look the word up so I give you the definition in case you aren’t sure of the meaning - Sharon) Pithy: 1. brief, forceful, and meaningful in expression; full of vigor, substance, or meaning; terse; forcible: a pithy observation. 2. of, like, or abounding in pith.

3 Workshop Objectives:  Provide some research–based information as a catalyst for discussion about best practices and strategies we all use every day to mentor staff and colleagues  Challenge you to spend more time on personal professional growth in order to mentor others  Remind us all that leadership is both an art and a science

21 The Law of Legacy Three Things You Can Do to Make a Legacy Choice  Be willing to share what you know and to mentor those looking for the pathway to success  The greatest gift you can give is your knowledge and experiences. Giving of yourself should come from the heart, and when this kind of giving happens, you are generously repaid for every kindness you share  Begin your legacy where you are – there’s always an opportunity for others to learn from you.
