Steps to Duplication 1.I do it - Learn the job first yourself Become proficient 2.I do it - you watch I demonstrate it while you observe.I explain what Im doing and why 3.You do it - I watch Exchange roles - you have Permission & authority to Do job. I stay and offer advice 4.You do it I step bank and let you work alone 5.Monitor the Results Inspect what you expect
