3 Focus on Value – The basics of what does it mean.  A contributor would define “Focus on Value” as below: It is about the goal of creating value – for self, for family, for the team, for the organization, for customers, and for society. A Contributor aims to create value for all stakeholders (Those who are making an affective difference) in his / her life.

4 Exploration: This new Armani suit is Awesome! These clothes are Really comfortable !

5 Exploration : Non-contributors focus on the “cost” of experience Contributors focus on the “value” of experience I missed the train! All my efforts are in vain.. I learnt the value of time from this experience.

6 “Never loose hope” A businessman lost everything in fire. The next day he placed a signboard: “Everything burnt, but luckily FAITH and CONFIDENCE undamaged.”

10 I have to study well to get a job to satisfy the needs of my family..a job to satisfy the needs of my family.. I have to study well to make my parents proud!

15 The One lakh car! Mr. Ratan Tata who had the very first idea of having a car which would be affordable to all the middle class families.

16 Conclusion Contributive person is extremely result oriented. He expects that individuals so not merely work, but work in order to achieve results and create value for himself and the society.
