3. Add Responses - please do not use the ‘Other Decision’ option and only add supporting text if you are rejecting our offer. You are able to place your child on the waiting list for a school listed higher than the one we have offered. 1. Select Response to Schools 2. Click Done

4. Submitting Responses Click Home Please Note - the Buckinghamshire response deadline is midnight on 17 March 2014. Make sure you have submitted your responses before this time.

6. FAQs I have forgotten my password, how can I reset it? – Visit the Welcome log in page, click on the link "Forgotten your password?" and enter your email address. You will then need to answer the secret question you set up when you first registered – this is not case sensitive. – An email will be generated and sent to your registered email address with a link to enable you to reset your password. What happens if I have recently changed my email address? If you had not logged on to the online system to change your email address before noon on 27 February you will not receive an offer email. We are not able to resend the offer email to your new account. However, you can still log on using your old email address and password to view and then respond to the offer. If you wish, you can then “change your log in details”.

7. FAQs How will I know you have received my response? Once you have submitted your responses, you will receive a confirmation email. Check this carefully straight away, If you need to make any changes you can log back in to do this up to the closing date. Remember to resubmit your responses if you do make changes. We will email you three days before the response closing date if you have not replied to our offer and remind you to do this. Where can I get extra help about responding online?
