The American Basketball Association (ABA) www.abalive.com today announced that it has signed an agreement with ESPN to carry 40 games on ESPN3 beginning in Novembver."We are very excited to be a partof the ESPN family for our regular season," stated ABA CEO Joe Newman."The success we had with the Final Eight from Shreveport on ESPN3 (www.WatchESPN.com) was tremendous.And now fans will have an opportunity to see fast-paced, exciting ABA professional basketball every week." The games will be televised on Saturday nights and Sunday evenings beginning Saturday, November 8th and Sunday, November 9th.The times, schedule and teams will be announced later. 5 History of Basketball Pacers vs. Stars, 1971 Julius “Dr. J” Erving An American Basketball League (ABL) formed in 1924 with nine teams. A Midwest-focused National Basketball League formed in 1937, then merged in 1946 into the BAA. In 1946, the BAA was renamed as the National Basketball Association (NBA) and fielded 17 teams in 1950, but by 1954, down to eight teams. The Continental Basketball Association (CBA) formed in 1947 with 100 teams, but league folded in 2000. Started again in 2001 with six teams. The American Basketball Association (ABA) formed in 1967, played nine seasons before merging with NBA in 1977. Known for fan- friendly entertainment. ABA Live returned after a 25-year lockout from NBA merger. Fielded seven teams before major expansion to 34 teams in 2004. Expanded to 80 teams in 2013.

11 2014-2015 PLATINUM Community Sponsorship Packages PLATINUM game sponsorships are an effective and flexible means to promote your business in conjunction with the Buckets. These events are fun and your company will be tied in with the event at every game, creating tremendous exposure and impressions. These sponsorships are for the season** (15 home games) and can be combined or customized. Some may be limited. YOUTH NON-PROFIT CLUB SPONSOR $1,000 Fifty tickets to every game will be donated to a non-profit organization of your choice for the season’s 15 home games. Sponsor will receive game day recognition and PA announcements; banner announcing sponsor of the non-profit organization; and a Web site advertisement. Buckets 3-D SPONSOR $500 Become a fun and exciting Buckets 3-D sponsor. Every time the 3-D light goes on (turnover in backcourt), an announcement over the PA system will say, “Shot brought to you by [sponsor name].” This is an exciting way to connect game excitement to your company. Sponsor will receive 8 season home game tickets; a full page program ad; PA announcements; and a Web site advertisement. Buckets CHEERLEADERS (Buckets Dance) SPONSOR $2,500 Sponsor the cheerleaders and receive game-day recognition at the start of the game. Sponsor will get their logo on cheerleader calendars, and logos at cheerleaders community events, at local shopping malls and live radio promotions. 8 Season tickets to each home game, game day recognition via PA announcements, full page program ad, website advertisement.

12 2014-2015 PLATINUM Community Sponsorship Packages HALF TIME 3-POINT SHOT “$100 HOT SHOT” $2,000 Sponsor the half-time entertainment 3-point shooter. One fan will be chosen to shoot and win $100 during half time. Sponsor will be mentioned during the game and at half- time for entire season. Sponsor will receive 8 season tickets, program ad; PA announcements; and a Web site advertisement. Buckets HALF-TIME CONTEST $2,000 Fan will be chosen to play a Buckets player one-on-one, during half-time. This will be a fan-favorite to test their skills against a Buckets player. Sponsor will receive 8 season tickets, program ad; PA announcements; and a Web site advertisement. COACH’S CORNER SPONSOR $3,000 per game Sponsor the Coach’s Corner pre- and post-game show and weekly coach’s show. Sponsor will sit on bench with coaching staff during game and be present for locker room pre game, half time and post game team speeches (Chalk Talk). Sponsor will receive; 6 season tickets; game-day recognition via PA announcements; and a Web site advertisement – and an Autographed ABA Buckets Basketball. 13 TH MAN CELEBRITY SPONSOR $2,000 per game Each game a celebrity will be invited to be the teams 13 th Man. The 13 th man will suit up and be eligible to play in the game. The sponsor will be announced at the introduction of the 13 th man. Sponsor will take pictures with 13 th man and receive autograph team merchandise; 6 season tickets; full-page program ad; PA announcements; and a Web site advertisement – and an Autographed ABA Buckets Basketball.

13 STARTING LINE-UP SPONSOR $750 per game Sponsor the starting line-up and receive game-day recognition at the start of the game. Sponsor will also receive 6 season tickets; game-day recognition via PA announcements; and a Web site advertisement. 2014-2015 PLATINUM Community Sponsorship Packages ‘MVP PLAYER OF THE GAME’ SPONSOR $750 per game Sponsor the ‘MVP Player of the Game’ and receive mentions as the “MVP Player of Game” sponsor on game announcements. Sponsor receives 8 season tickets; full page program ad; PA announcements; and a Web site advertisement. ALL-STAR TEACHERS AWARD SPONSOR $4,000 Five teachers will be chosen from students who submit brief letters about their teachers. The five best letters will be picked and teachers will receive a $150 check and 6 season tickets for their family. Winning students will also receive 4 season tickets to Buckets home games, and teacher will be presented the All-Star Teacher award. Sponsor will receive two VIP season tickets; full page program ad; PA announcements; and a Web site Advertisement. $1000.00 of this donation will go towards the Buckets Scholarship fund. Limited to four sponsors.

14 COMMUNITY CHARITY GAME $2,500 Each Buckets game will be dedicated to a non-profit organization in the community, (example: Toys for Tots, The Ronald McDonald House, an area homeless shelter, etc). Sponsor will be given recognition of this non-profit sponsorship and ten percent of game-day proceeds will be donated to the charity. 15 season tickets will be donated to that charity to bring out fans to cheer on the Buckets. Sponsor will receive 6 season tickets; a plaque recognizing community support; a program ad; PA announcements; and a Web site advertisement. 2014-2015 PLATINUM Community Sponsorship Packages GAME BALL SPONSOR $750 per game At every game one ticket holder will be chosen to receive the game ball and will be announced during and after the game. Players will autograph for winner. Sponsor will receive game-day recognition and PA announcements; 6 season tickets; ad in the program book; a Web site advertisement – and an ABA Buckets Basketball.
